* Those intoxicated or had a drink on the day of the tour are not allowed to join all kayak programs. Please note that in such cases, our service will be regarded as a cancellation due to the customer's circumstances.
[Shoes] ：We strongly recommend marine shoes or sneakers that you don't mind getting wet in the sea water. Please refrain from wearing sandals. On the natural beach, your feet may be injured and will get a sunburn. Please bring an extra pair of socks that you don't mind getting wet. This is strongly recommended, especially for small children since they hate sand or pebbles inside their shoes very much.
[Drinks]： Please bring your own non-alcohol, caffeine less drinks to drink on the kayak during the tour. PET bottle drinks are enough. 500ml or more in the hot weather is necessary. (Note: We will prepare additional drinks on the beach.)
[Sunburn Prevention]： To prevent sunburn and heat stroke, a hat, a towel around your neck, sunscreen cream, and plenty of water to drink are recommended. Please prepare these items by yourself. Those who are prone to seasickness or other forms of motion sickness are also advised to bring or take anti-sickness medicine.
[Payment] ：Rental or tour fee can be paid by cash or credit card on the day. If you pay by cash, we would appreciate it if you could make it without change. Acceptable credit cards are as follows: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay.
Please let us know if you would like to pay in advance by bank transfer or if you would like a receipt.
[Cancellation]： Please note that according to our regulations, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
- 6 days prior to the event 30% of rental/tour fee
- 1 day before the event 50% of rental/tour fee
- On the day of the event 100% of rental/tour fee
[Late Arrivals] ：If you are significantly late and interfere with the operation of the rentals/tour, we will treat it as a cancellation on the day of the tour. Reception starts 30 minutes before the meeting time. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
[Calling off]： If inclement weather is forecast, or it is difficult to operate rentals/tour safely, the program will be called off at our discretion. If the rentals/tour is called off by us, NO cancellation fee will be charged. However, please note that if YOU decide NOT to rent/participate by yourself, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged. Calling off criteria are based on the issuance of various warnings by the Japan Meteorological Agency or judgement of real sea conditions due to strong winds.
Rain is often NOT a reason for calling off.
